In all cases we invite candidates identified to face-to-face interviews.

Once we have thoroughly understood your particular context, we can communicate your uniqueness, seeking to embody it as authentically as possible and to act as the most reliable, respectful, enthusiastic and realistic ambassadors imaginable for your organization before the candidates.

Next, we strive to understand the uniqueness of the candidates before us in terms of their backgrounds, their skills, their strengths, their motivations, their talents, their areas of weakness, and so on.

 

IN-DEPTH EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS

Our team is trained in evaluation tools, and we rely at least as much on the professional use (that is mature and not imaginary), and on transparent presentation thereof to the candidates, as we do on the solidity of the Sosie© and/or Hogan© tests in which we are trained.

These tests offer means of deepening our knowledge and assist decision-making with the goal of optimizing future integration.

 

SYSTEMATIC USE OF REFERENCES

These exchanges with professionals (managers, peers, teams, partners, etc.) who have watched our candidates develop in a professional setting, provide us with invaluable insight for our hypotheses, particularly thanks to precise questions, and also through analysis of concrete parameters (achievements, contributions, etc.).

Integration follow-up combines formal steps with informal exchanges with both parties, and is designed to promote long-term performance following recruitment: collection of the initial report registering surprise during the first days after taking up an appointment, a detailed report at the end of the trial period, etc.

potential stumbling blocks that might threaten our performance, either under high pressure or when our values are violated.

Sosie® assessment

Sosie 2nd generation explores 8 personality traits, 6 personal values and 6 interpersonal values in order to :

predict a person's professional conduct and suitability for a company, team or position;

define the management style and the role the person within the company: Leader, Facilitator, Organizer;

identify the environment in which the person will perform best ;

investigate skills and help the person develop them: autonomy, stress management, sociability and communication, teamwork, management, etc.

MBTI® assessment

The MBTI test helps to:
