Recruitment: the story of my life !
I created Ipsée in 2019 as a new entrepreneurial adventure to complete the path I forged for nearly 25 years in recruitment, first as an employee in a large international firm, then as a partner in a well-known Executive Search firm.
Ipsée is a place in which my commitments and convictions, can flourish, based on a solid foundation of expertise.
After graduating from the EDHEC Business School, I began my career in B2B services, among others in the United States (fluent spoken and written English).
I came to the recruitment business by chance: in 1996, I was "hijacked" by a consultant who was interviewing me on behalf of one of his clients, and who probably saw in me the potential to succeed in this sector (thank you Rami!).
I am delighted to be working in a field that allows me to do what I have always been most passionate about in life: listening to different people’s stories and then connecting them with one other !
What a joy, renewed each day, to be listening to stories - true, diverse, varied,... – as recounted by organizations on the one hand and by professionals on the othere !
And, above all, what a responsibility and a thrill it is to weave together individual stories and to help create the conditions necessary to fashion out of them a shared and previously untold tale.
